By using the services of Ride Rent and Lease ltd, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services
1.1. Ride Rent and Lease ltd provides airport and city transfers using its fleet of vehicles.
1.2. Services include transportation from the pick-up location to the destination specified during booking.
2. Bookings and Payments
2.1. A booking is confirmed once the booking form is completed and confirmation is sent by Rent Rent and Lease ltd.
2.2. Payments can be made:
Online using a credit or debit card through Stripe secure payments.
On-site using a credit or debit card via POS terminal
In cash at the time of the transfer.
2.3. For airport transfers, the driver will wait up to 60 minutes from the flight landing time. For all other transfers not starting at an airport pick-up, the driver will wait up to 20 minutes. If the customer does not contact the driver to report delays or unforeseen circumstances, the transfer will be considered a NO SHOW and the paid amount will not be refunded. Extended waiting time may be allowed at the driver’s discretion and depending on vehicle availability.
2.4. If the selected vehicle category is unavailable, Ride Rent and Lease ltd may provide a vehicle of a higher class at no extra cost.
3. Cancellations and Changes
3.1. Cancellations are free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
3.2. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pick-up, or no-shows are non-refundable.
3.3. Changes to bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Ride Rent and Lease ltd.
4. Excess Luggage and Passenger Policy
4.1. When making a reservation, the customer selects the number of passengers, the amount of luggage, and the preferred vehicle type. If, upon meeting the driver, it is found that the number of passengers and/or amount of luggage exceeds what was indicated in the reservation or the maximum capacity of the selected vehicle (as specified for each vehicle), the company reserves the right to cancel the reservation due to the customer’s failure to comply with these requirements. In such a case, the paid amount will not be refunded.
5. Prices
5.1. All prices are in Euro (€).
5.2. All prices include fuel, tolls or vignette fees, VAT, and are final.
5.3. Prices cover the service for the booked vehicle category unless otherwise specified.
6. Customer Responsibilities
6.1. Customers must provide accurate information about pick-up location, destination, contact details, and flight information if applicable.
6.2. Customers must be present at the agreed pick-up point at the scheduled time.
7. Liability
7.1. Ride Rent and Lease ltd is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, flight delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
7.2. The company is not liable for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
8. Privacy
8.1. Personal data collected during booking is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Ride Rent and Lease ltd.
8.2. By confirming a booking, the customer consents to the collection, processing, and storage of personal data for providing the transfer service.
9. Force Majeure
9.1. Ride Rent and Lease ltd is not liable for failure to perform or delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or governmental restrictions.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
10.2. Any disputes arising from the use of Ride Rent and Lease ltd services will be resolved under Bulgarian law.
